Shephali Gupta

Shephali Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Shephali currently serves as the Director of Pharma Business at HealthPlix since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at OYO as the Head of OTA Channel Strategy for India from 2020 to 2022. Before that, Shephali held various roles at OYO, including Supply Head for OYO LIFE India from 2019 to 2020, where they were responsible for launching OYO Life in Mumbai and expanding the bed inventory.

Shephali's earlier experience at OYO included roles in international expansion, area sales management in Rajasthan, and assistant manager of business development, showcasing their skills in leadership, sales, and operations. Shephali also gained experience as an Assistant Manager at JCB India Ltd., where they led the Supplier Quality Engineering department.

Shephali'swork experience started with a summer internship at Steel Authority of India Limited, where they learned about steel production and testing processes. Shephali Gupta earned a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical and Materials engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In addition, they have obtained certifications in "Create a Go-to-Market Plan," "Product Marketing Foundations," and "Digital Marketing Foundations" from LinkedIn in 2021.
