Mathew Aremu

Mathew Aremu has extensive work experience in warehouse and logistics management. Mathew started their career as a Warehouse Supervisor at Somotex Nigeria Limited, where they maintained stock records and prepared reports for inbound and outbound dispatches. Mathew then joined Tastee Fried Chicken as a Warehouse & Store Manager, overseeing inventory activities and managing seamless distribution. After that, they worked as a Warehouse Manager at Eat'n'Go Ltd, where they maintained procurement and distribution operations and strategically managed the warehouse. Mathew later joined Health Plus Limited as the Head of Warehouse & Logistics, ensuring compliance with warehousing requirements and establishing security protocols. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Operations at Health Plus Limited, where they are responsible for implementing company policies, building an effective management team, and ensuring performance standards are met.

Mathew Aremu has a diverse education history. Mathew obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Lagos State University in 1999. Mathew then pursued an Ordinary National Diploma in Accounting from Ondo State Polytechnic from 1997 to 1999. In 2009, they obtained a Professional Certificate in Purchasing and Supply Management from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management (CIPSMN).

In 2019, Mathew enrolled in the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Procurement and Supply Chain Management in 2020.

Aside from their academic qualifications, Mathew also holds various certifications. Mathew became a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management of Nigeria (CIPSMN) in June 2009 and a member of the Chartered Institute of Contract, Project and Facility Management (CICPFM) in July 2020. Mathew also attained membership in the African Centre for Supply Chain (ACSC) in September 2020.

Additionally, Mathew obtained the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation from the Institute of Management Consultants USA in May 2021. Mathew also achieved the designation of Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC) from the Institute of Management Consultants Nigeria in May 2021. Moreover, they obtained a certification from CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply as a Charterd institute of purchasing and supply management in May 2009.
