Maria Jimenez

Maria Jimenez, MSW, LICSW, currently serves as the Program Manager of Social Work and Care Coordination at HealthPoint (CHC) since November 2018. With extensive experience in social work, Maria previously held roles such as Intern Supervisor at Puentes: Advocacy, Counseling & Education and Program Manager at Society of St. Vincent de Paul, where responsibilities included providing support as a BIA Accredited Representative.
