The leadership team at HealthPoint has a history of working in the healthcare industry in a variety of roles. These roles have included consulting, strategic planning, financial management, and teaching. The team members have also been involved with various organizations, such as the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Washington. They hold degrees from schools such as the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and Virginia Tech.
