Noel Harilson

Noel Harilson, MS, CRHCP, currently serves on the Member Board of Directors for HealthPoint Family Care, Inc. since January 2022 and has been the Senior Director of the CIN-IPA at the Kentucky Primary Care Association since January 2019. Notable past roles include leadership positions with the Kentucky Rural Health Association and the Kidney Health Alliance of Kentucky, as well as provider management roles at Anthem, Inc., Passport Health Plan, and WellCare. Noel has extensive experience in provider relations, strategic planning, and recruitment in healthcare settings. Noel holds a Master of Science in Health Promotion and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Kentucky.
