Julie Ribardo, PhD, serves as the Director of Quality & Population Health Management at BVCAA dba HealthPoint since May 2003, where responsibilities include directing the development and implementation of quality management and population health programs. Julie has fostered a culture of quality improvement, established quality improvement teams, and developed educational initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Previous roles at HealthPoint include Associate Administrator (Quality), Administrator of Initiatives, Interim Clinic Manager, Director of Compliance & Clinical Effectiveness, Director of Health Education & Prevention, and Health Disparities Collaborative Coordinator.
