Dawn Rannis

Dawn Rannis has extensive experience in property management, accounting, and real estate. From March 2019 to June 2021, Dawn served as a Property Management Specialist at a private company, focusing on property management, purchasing, and accounting. Prior to this role, Dawn worked as a realtor at CENTURY 21® from February 2006 to April 2019. Additional experience includes positions as a Payroll Specialist at SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITY AN EASTERN STAR HOME from 2016 to 2018 and at Focus CPA Group from January 2012 to May 2014, along with tax preparation and bookkeeping at Tax Returns By Contract from November 2012 to April 2015, where responsibilities included handling payroll and payroll taxes, as well as assisting with audit resolution.
