We are a group of passionate innovators at HealthPredictor AI, a healthcare initiative focused on leveraging cutting-edge AI and machine learning models to predict the risk of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidaemia. 

Our mission is to empower individuals and caregivers with predictive insights, enabling early detection and intervention to reduce the global burden of these preventable diseases.

Developed by a diverse team of 8 postgraduate students from three countries at the National University of Singapore (NUS), Asia's Top University, our platform aims to transform healthcare outcomes through data-driven, personalized risk assessments and recommendations.
