Jim Farrell

Jim Farrell is the current CTO at HealthPrize. Prior to this, they served as the SVP Engineering at Access Information Management from December 2015 to January 2020. In this role, they led an engineering team of 39 for all aspects of delivery and support for the Carta (HR, AP, Records IG) family of SaaS products.

Some of their notable accomplishments during their time at Access Information Management include driving technology strategy for all company software products, modernizing monoliths to the cloud with microservices, and forging ecosystem integration partnerships with Kronos HCM and Equifax to deliver new solutions to market.

Jim Farrell is a highly accomplished technology executive with a proven track record of leading engineering teams to success. Jim is a strategic thinker who can see the big picture and develop long-term plans to achieve business goals. Jim is also an excellent communicator who can build consensus and get buy-in from stakeholders.

Jim Farrell has a Master of Business Administration from Sacred Heart University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Sacred Heart University. Jim also has certification from LinkedIn in Amazon Web Services for Architects Essential Training and certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
