Kristi Savacool

Kristi Savacool is a proven executive in the health, professional services and technology industries, having served as CEO of Aon Hewitt, the global human resources solutions business of Aon plc., from 2011 until her retirement in January 2018. She currently serves as director and Executive Business Advisor for Private Health management, a leading health care management company addressing the most complex individual, family and employer health issues.

Additionally, Ms. Savacool is currently a corporate director for several public and private companies. Bringing significant board and industry leadership experience, she currently serves as a director for global workforce solutions company, TrueBlue, Inc., Ascension Health System, Inc., the 2nd largest health system in the US, Springbuk, a health analytics software solution company. Savacool serves as a member of HealthQuest Capital’s Board of Advisors, focused on fundamentally and dynamically improving the healthcare industry.

As CEO of Aon Hewitt, she was responsible for business performance and growth, setting business and solution strategies, leading mergers and acquisitions, overseeing its global operations serving 20,000 clients and over 30 million plan participants. She sponsored relationships with its largest clients, which included a substantial proportion of the F100.

Ms. Savacool also had a distinguished career at The Boeing Company, where she held several senior executive positions in the areas of information technology, notable as the Chief Information Officer for Commercial Airplanes, operations and business services, spanning commercial and federal business sectors, globally.

She holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Management from SKEMA Business School and completed executive leadership programs at Cornell University’s Johnson School of Business, Seattle University's Albers School of Business and Economics and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Ms. Savacool has served as a trustee for DePaul University, Chicago, IL and as a director for several non-profit organizations in the health and human services space.
