Allen Kisira is an experienced professional in the fields of training, monitoring, and evaluation, currently serving as a Program Consultant at Pukka Psychometric and Psychological Services since August 2022. Allen is also a Monitoring and Evaluation Intern at HealthRight International and has held the role of Peace, Life Skills Trainer/Consultant at UNHCR since April 2021. Additionally, Allen has been a Training Specialist at QM's Success Movement since January 2021 and previously completed an internship at AMREF focusing on SGBV project evaluation. From April 2013 to November 2018, Allen served as a National Trainer for the Ministry of Health - Uganda, primarily supporting the HIV response under the PMTCT Project. Allen holds a Bachelor's degree in Adult and Community Education and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Health Research at Makerere University.
