Michele Cook has an extensive background in administrative support and customer relations, currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Healthrise since March 2018. Prior experience includes a role as a New Account Representative III at CIBC U.S. (February 2007 - March 2018), focusing on relationship banking and client portfolio management. Michele held the position of Office Manager at Tri County Court Reporting (February 2005 - February 2007), overseeing office operations and contractor management. Earlier employment included medical transcription and billing as an Independent Contractor for Quality Medical Management Inc. (September 1993 - December 1996), various clerical roles with Macomb Township (May 1990 - September 1993), and a Receptionist position at the Law Offices of Jameson & Jameson (September 1986 - May 1990). Michele also gained retail management experience as Store Manager at Huck's Party Store (June 1982 - May 1990). Michele holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government/Communications from Oakland University.
