Gayla Barnett

Gayla Barnett has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Gayla began their career in 2004 at the Arkansas Health Department as a Statistical Analyst, where they worked until 2011. In 2004, they also started working as an Adjunct Mathematics Instructor at Arkansas State University-Beebe, a position they held until 2014. In 2011, Gayla joined HealthSCOPE Benefits as a Sr. Programmer/Analyst, a role they held until 2018. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Data Engineer at the same company.

Gayla Barnett attended the University of Central Arkansas from 1996 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics. Gayla continued their education at the same university and earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Mathematics Education from 2003 to 2004.
