Katherine MacHutchison

Katherine joined Healthscope as the Chief People Officer in November 2019. She has extensive senior leadership experience across the employment lifecycle from all health sectors, finance, retail and consulting.

Prior to joining Healthscope, Katherine was the Executive Director of People and Culture at Eastern Health where her key focus was change leadership and developing an exceptional employee and leader experience to deliver an aligned customer experience. Prior to that, she led the Organisational Development function at Epworth Healthcare where she was accountable for the leadership and talent pipeline, succession management and ensuring a high performing organisational culture.

Katherine has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne and post graduate qualifications in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from RMIT.
