Nicole Payne

Nicole Payne currently serves as the Head of Transformation - Revenue Cycle Management at Healthscope since October 2023. Nicole has extensive experience in health information management, having previously worked as a Senior Advisor and Lead of the Saudi Arabia National HIM and Clinical Coding Governance Project at Beamtree, where the focus was on supporting Vision 2030 through unified governance practices. Nicole has held significant roles, including Head of Health Information at Beamtree and EMR PAS and Billing Lead at St Vincent's Health Australia, overseeing implementation studies across multiple hospitals. An accomplished educator, Nicole served as a Lecturer at La Trobe University, teaching Clinical Documentation and Private Health Care Funding. A background in national health information services management at St Vincent's Private Hospitals equipped Nicole with strategic oversight of health information systems across ten hospitals. Nicole holds a Master of Health Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management from La Trobe University.
