Lisa Gumerman

Lisa Gumerman is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and management roles. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Core & ICHRA at HealthSherpa, Lisa has played a critical role in the company's mission of simplifying ACA health insurance enrollment. Previous positions include Senior Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, and Lead Software Engineer at HealthSherpa, where significant contributions to Off-Exchange products and team growth were made. As the Founder of sunshower.io, Lisa facilitated easier navigation of cloud infrastructure through innovative user interfaces and algorithms. Additional experience includes a software engineering role at BillGO, where notable system throughput improvements were achieved, and earlier roles at HP, a stealth-mode startup, and Colorado State University. Lisa holds an MS in Public Communication and Technology from Colorado State University and a BSJ from Ohio University.
