Diana Riley has had two job experiences. From November 2015 to present, they worked at HealthSmart as an Account Coordinator, where they provided customer service to clients and directed the operational staff. From December 2009 to October 2015, they worked at National Real Estate Solutions as a Client Relations Manager, serving as the main point of contact for high-profile clients and supervising the customer service department. During their six years there, they implemented new processes and systems to improve client satisfaction and retention.
Diana Riley earned their Bachelor's Degree in Communication with a focus on Business and Non-Profit from California State University Channel Islands. Diana attended the university from 2011 to 2015.
