Duana Cockrell

Duana Cockrell has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Duana'smost recent position was as a Business Analyst/Production Support at HealthSmart, where they collaborated with various departments to identify and resolve problems with data loads and extracts. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Consultant, providing cost-effective solutions to clients using RNA Pharmacy software. Before that, Duana worked at RNA Pharmacy Solutions, where they served as a Business Analyst for Specialty Pharmacies, Co-Director of Customer Support, and in various software analysis and design roles. Duana also has experience as a Programmer and in PC hardware support and repair. Earlier in their career, Duana worked as an Office Manager at a Dallas Housing Authority and as a Documentation Specialist.

Duana Cockrell attended Eastfield College from 1981 to 1984, where they obtained an Associate degree in General Academic studies.
