Latricia joined Applebee's in 2012 as a Server, gaining experience in the hospitality industry. In 2016, they transitioned to H&R Block as a Customer Service Specialist, honing their skills in providing excellent customer service. Currently, they are working at HealthSmart since 2017 as a Customer Service Representative, leveraging their expertise in delivering exceptional customer service.
