Lori Fernand is a seasoned Client Services Executive with nearly two decades of experience in the healthcare services industry. Since June 2004, Lori has been with HealthSmart, where responsibilities include managing a diverse client base and maximizing integrated product offerings for national and regional healthcare solutions. Prior to this role, Lori served as an Implementation & Data Analyst at Interplan Health Group, and between February 1994 and October 2003, worked as a Lead Network Credentialing Analyst, overseeing the credentialing process for hundreds of physicians and ancillary providers in California and Nevada.
