Chelsie Hornsby

Chelsie Hornsby has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Chelsie began their career at TPC @ River's Bend, where they worked in the food and beverage department from 2001 to 2004. Chelsie then joined FSCreations/eInstruction as an Assistant Project Coordinator from 2004 to 2006. Chelsie then worked at Mary Kay, Inc. as a Sales Director, leading and training a team of over 50 women and earning the opportunity to use a free career car. In 2007, they joined Modern Office Methods as a Territory Account Manager until 2010. Chelsie also served as the President of the Butler County Hospital Extended Care Council from 2010 to 2012. Chelsie's experience in healthcare includes roles as the Director of Admissions- Heartland of Woodridge at HCR ManorCare from 2010 to 2012 and as the Director of Marketing & Foundation and later as the Director of Business Development at Fayette County Memorial Hospital from 2012 to 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Development Officer at HealthSource of Ohio since 2017 and was recently promoted to the role of Senior Director of Business Development in October 2021.

Chelsie Hornsby earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Franklin University, graduating in 2021. Prior to that, they attended the University of Cincinnati from 2001 to 2003, with a focus on Business.
