Jason Crouse

Jason Crouse has a diverse range of work experience in the technology and healthcare industries. Jason currently serves as the Director of Technology and Information Systems at HealthSource Saginaw, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to this, Jason held the role of Information Technology Manager at the same company from October 2019 to August 2022. Before their managerial positions, they worked as a Systems Administrator at HealthSource Saginaw from May 2017 to October 2019.

Before joining HealthSource Saginaw, Jason worked at Atos as a Senior Field Service Technician from June 2015 to May 2017. Jason also gained experience as a Field Service Technician at HealthSource Saginaw from May 2013 to June 2015. Prior to that, they served as a Field Service Supervisor at Anthelio Healthcare Solutions from May 2012 to May 2013.

Earlier in their career, Jason worked at Anthelio Healthcare Solutions in multiple roles. Jason was a Field Service Team Lead from January 2009 to January 2012, a Field Service Technician II from January 2006 to January 2009, and a Computer Operator from January 2003 to January 2006. Additionally, they gained initial experience as a Computer Operator at Genesys Health System from January 2002 to January 2003.

Jason Crouse's education history includes attending Delta College starting in 2020, where they studied Cybersecurity. Prior to that, they attended Hillsborough Community College in 1999, focusing on Application Development. In 1993, Jason Crouse studied Information Systems at Bay-Arenac Career Center.

In addition to their formal education, Jason Crouse obtained several certifications. In 2023, they obtained the TestOut Ethical Hacker Pro and TestOut Security Pro certifications from TestOut Corporation. Jason also obtained the CCNA: Enterprise Networking, Security, and Automation certification from Cisco in January 2023. In 2022, Jason Crouse earned the certifications of CCNAv7: Switching, Routing, and Wireless Essentials and CyberOps Associate, both from Cisco. In 2021, they obtained several certifications in incident management and response from FEMA, including An Introduction to the National Incident Management System, Basic Incident Command System for Initial Response, and National Response Framework, An Introduction. In 2021, they also completed the Introduction to Incident Command System certification from FEMA. Jason Crouse acquired the Understanding Targeted Cyber Attacks certification from Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service - TEEX in 2020, as well as the Community Preparedness for Cyber Incidents and Essentials of Community Cybersecurity certifications in 2019 from the same institution.
