Chris Hanratty has extensive administrative experience, currently serving as an Administrative Assistant IV at HealthSpan Integrated Care/HealthSpan Physicians since January 2015, providing clerical support for the Member Service Center and coordinating projects such as the Patient Centered Member Home Initiative. Prior to this, Chris worked at Kaiser Permanente from 1990 to September 2013, where roles included Administrative III, supporting a large nursing team and managing various web platforms, and Patient Business Service Clerk, handling patient registrations and financial transactions. Education includes studies at Cuyahoga Community College and Lakeland Community College.
