Divya S. has a diverse work experience in quality assurance and testing roles. Divya has held positions at various companies such as HealthStream, MedPro Group, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Rhode Island, State of Alabama - Medicaid Department (CARES), TMG Health, INC., Florida Insurance representing Florida Blue (Blue Cross/Blue Shield), Nielsen Media Research, University of North America, and KL University. Throughout their career, they have been involved in various aspects of software testing, including test case creation, test execution, data migration, requirement analysis, reviewing specifications, and web services testing. Divya has also gained experience in automation using tools like RPA, SOAPUI, VSTS, and Coded UI. Divya has expertise in testing insurance applications, finance modules, data warehouses, and web-based and distributed systems. Divya has strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and is experienced in working in both onsite and offshore models.

Divya S. completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Koneru Lakshmaiah College of Engineering, which they attended from 2006 to 2010. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of North America, which they obtained between 2011 and 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Divya obtained several certifications. In 2017, they earned the ASTQB Foundation Level and ASTQB Foundation level Agile tester certifications from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. Divya also became Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certified from the Management and Strategy Institute in February 2017.

More recently, Divya acquired several certifications related to specific software and tools. In December 2022, they obtained the Snowflake Fundamentals certification from Snowflake. In January 2023, they completed the "Introduction to RPA and Automation" course provided by UiPath. Additionally, in June 2023, they received the Alation User Brilliance Badge from Alation.
