Emily Brooks

Emily Brooks currently serves as Vice President of Onboarding & Success at HealthStream, a position held since September 2024. Previously, Emily held the role of Chief Nursing Officer at Auburn Community Hospital from June 2023 to September 2024, and prior to that, served as Director of Nursing Excellence and Client Advocate at Tipton Health Communications from January 2022 to June 2023. Emily's extensive career at Rochester Regional Health spanned from April 2012 to November 2021, during which time roles included Associate Chief Nursing Officer, Director of Nursing for Critical Care and Nursing Clinical Practice, Nurse Manager, and Nurse Educator for Cardiac Surgery. Earlier experience includes positions as a Critical Care Registered Nurse at multiple institutions, including Rochester Regional Health, Highland Hospital of Rochester NY, and Brookwood Medical Center. Emily holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Texas at Tyler, a Master's Degree in Nursing from Athabasca University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Dalhousie University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Mount Allison University.
