Firoj Shaikh

Firoj Shaikh is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and architecture. Currently serving as AVP of Platform Architecture at HealthStream since August 2013, Firoj oversees technical aspects of product development and collaborates with senior leadership on strategic initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Director of Software Development and Director of Product Architecture, focusing on integrated platforms such as identity and access management solutions and eCommerce systems. Firoj has also held leadership positions at Synechron and Cognizant Technology Solutions, contributing to various high-impact projects. Firoj holds a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Lipscomb University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Shivaji University.
