Sushma Shaikh

Sushma Shaikh is a seasoned quality analyst with extensive experience in testing strategies for web and mobile applications. Currently serving as a Sr. Quality Analyst at HealthStream since October 2020, Sushma has developed automated tests using Selenium C# and SoapUI. Previously held positions include Quality Analyst Engineer at CleanSlate Centers, where requirements and specifications for testing were defined in collaboration with customers, and Quality Analyst at HealthStream, focusing on web and database applications. Earlier in the career, Sushma worked as a Senior Programmer at Racold Thermo Ltd, developing AS400 applications, and as a Software Engineer at HSBC, where AS400 web applications were designed and tested. Sushma began the career as a faculty member at Aptech Computer Education, specializing in technical training. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Lipscomb University and a BCA in Computer Application from the College Of Computer Science & I.T.
