Tommy Gladney

Tommy Gladney, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Support Services at HealthStream since December 2020, having previously held the position of Manager of Customer Support within the same organization. Prior to HealthStream, Tommy was a Manager of Customer Support at Change Healthcare from March 2017 to December 2020, following a role as Customer Support/Implementation Services Team Manager at McKesson Technology Solutions from December 2013 to March 2017. Tommy began a career trajectory in project management at McKesson Provider Technologies from September 2008 to December 2013, and held project management positions at Command Alkon and Rakers Contracting & Consulting between 2005 and 2005. Early career experience includes a role as Shipping & Inventory Coordinator and Payroll Specialist at Griffin Wheel Company from February 1998 to August 2000. Tommy holds a degree from The University of Alabama.
