DONALD HAZLETT MD

Dr. Donald Hazlett MD has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. DONALD is the Founding Medical Expert at HealthTap since May 2011. Donald Hazlett MD earned their medical degree in Medicine from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, where they attended from 1962 to 1967.
