Geoffrey Rutledge has extensive work experience in the healthcare and technology sectors. Geoffrey co-founded HealthTap in 2010 and served as the Chief Medical Officer. Prior to that, they were the CMO and EVP of Product Development at Epocrates from 2009 to 2010. From 2006 to 2009, Rutledge worked as the Chief Information Officer at Wellsphere, Inc, where they developed online communities for health and wellness. Geoffrey Rutledge has a diverse education history. Geoffrey earned their PhD in Medical Computing/ Medical Information Science from Stanford University. Prior to that, they completed their ABIM (American Board of Internal Medicine) at UC San Diego. Geoffrey also holds an MD, CM degree from McGill University, where they studied Medicine. In addition, they have a BSc in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology, also from McGill University.
