Ira Katz

Ira Katz is a seasoned physician with extensive experience in various medical roles, currently serving as a virtual medical provider at HealthTap since September 2014. Previously, Ira worked as a hospitalist at MedExcel, USA Inc. from January 2015 to November 2015, providing care for both medical and surgical patients. Ira also held a physician position at Good Samaritan Medical Center during 2014-2015 and served as a hospitalist and Medical Director of the Hospitalist Program at HCA from January 2011 to September 2014. Ira's educational background includes a Fellowship in Endocrinology from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and an Internal Medicine Residency from New York University, along with an MD from the University of Miami and a BS in Microbiology from the University of Florida.
