Karishma Jadeja has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Karishma started their career at Stanford University as a Lab Technician from October 2007 to April 2008. Karishma then worked as a Research Assistant at UC Riverside's Department of Bioengineering from November 2009 to June 2010. In 2012, they joined El Camino Hospital as a Research Assistant for the South Asian Heart Center, holding the position from June 2012 to September 2012 and again from June 2012 to December 2013.

In 2014, Karishma began working at Biocon as a Process Engineer from January 2014 to July 2014. Simultaneously, they joined Health Technology Forum as a Community Engagement Manager from September 2014 to December 2015.

Karishma then joined HealthTap in January 2016. Initially, they served as a Medical Account Manager from January 2016 to June 2016. Following this, they held the role of Enterprise Product Manager from July 2016 to December 2019. Their next position at HealthTap was Senior Product Manager in the Member Growth team from December 2019 to December 2020. Karishma then became the Lead Product Manager for Member Growth & Experience from December 2020 to January 2022. Currently, Karishma holds the position of Product Director for Paid Growth & Member Experience at HealthTap since February 2022, with no specified end date.

Karishma Jadeja completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside in 2015. In 2012, they briefly attended The University of Sheffield for a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) program with a focus on Biomaterials & Tissue Engineering. Prior to their university education, Karishma attended Henry M. Gunn High School from 2006 to 2009 and Mount Carmel High School from 1997 to 2006.

Additionally, they obtained certifications in Business Development and Sales from Tradecraft in September 2015, and in human-centered design through the course "Design Kit: The Course for Human-Centered Design" from Acumen in August 2015.
