Liawaty H.

Liawaty H. began their work experience in 2005 at Montefiore Medical Center, where they served as an MD. Liawaty then joined the Albert Einstein College of Medicine/ Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein cancer center as an MD - Hematologist/Oncologist from 2005 to 2008. From 2008 to 2017, they worked as an MD - Hematologist/Oncologist at Nevada Cancer Center / HCP heme/onc. Following this, they joined Optum Care Cancer Center/Nevada Cancer Specialists as an MD - Hematologist/Oncologist from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they are employed at the Comprehensive Cancer Center of Nevada as a Medical Oncologist - Hematologist, a role they started in 2020. In addition to their employment, Liawaty H. is also a founding and distinguished HealthTap Medical Expert, serving as a Club MD in Hematology/Oncology since 2012.

Liawaty H. obtained their MD degree in Medicine from the University of Indonesia between 1992 and 1998. Liawaty then pursued further education at the University of Illinois College of Medicine, earning an MD in Internal Medicine from 2002 to 2005. Following this, Liawaty H. attended the Albert Einstein College of Medicine from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a diplomat in Oncology and Hematology focused on Hematology and Medical Oncology.
