Nishant Mahajan

Nishant Mahajan has a diverse work experience in the software quality assurance field. Nishant started their career at PTC as a Software Test Engineer in 2014. From 2015 to 2018, Nishant worked at ezHealthTrack - One Medical Record as a Black box Software Tester, where they were involved in testing web-based solutions and Android applications. In 2018, they joined Involvio as a QA Engineer, focusing on testing mobile applications (Android, iOS) and React-based web applications. Currently, Nishant works at HealthTap, where they hold the position of Software Quality Assurance Lead. Nishant is responsible for ensuring the quality delivery of their enterprise product on all three platforms (Web, iOS, Android) and utilizes various skills such as API level debugging, manual API testing, and the use of root cause analysis and FMEA in the test approach. Nishant also has experience in web application performance, statelessness, cacheability, and delivering quality reports using software quality metrics.

Nishant Mahajan completed their high school education from D.A.V Public School Pathankot in the field of science in 2010. Nishant then pursued an Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from RBIENT, Punjab Technical University from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Nishant also obtained several certifications. These include "Master class - How To Communicate With Typography," "UX Careers: Set Yourself Up for Success," "How To Use Color Theory To Enhance Your Designs," and "UX Writing: How To Use Words As A Design Power Tool" from the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF) in August and September 2022. Nishant also obtained the "Building CRUD Actions in a JavaScript REST API" certification from Pluralsight in January 2022 and the "BBST FOUNDATIONS" certification from the Association for Software Testing in April 2017.
