Beth Walter, MBA, PMP, serves as a Senior Consultant at HealthTech Solutions since February 2020. Previously, Beth held the position of Chief Operating Officer at the Washington Health Benefit Exchange, where responsibilities included implementing a state-based marketplace, managing a $20 million budget, and leading a team of over 30 professionals.
