Kimberly Schrauben

Kimberly Schrauben, CSM, is a Senior Consultant at HealthTech Solutions since January 2021, with extensive experience in project and program management. Prior roles include Program Manager at Dewpoint, where responsibilities included managing complex system integrations for the Child Welfare PMO, and holding senior project management positions focused on software development and system integration for the State of Michigan's Eligibility PMO. Kimberly also served as a Senior Project Manager at First Data Corporation, leading diverse organizational efforts and utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies, as well as as Senior Change Manager and Project Manager at Bank of America, overseeing significant change management initiatives.
