Claire Margaglione

Claire Margaglione is a dedicated student at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign pursuing a degree in Social Work. As the Vice President of Recruitment for Alpha Gamma Delta since November 2022, Claire oversees both formal and informal recruitment processes, teaches chapter members about recruitment, and coordinates recruitment events and logistics while leading a team of four directors. In addition, Claire serves as a Kolusis Observer for the Panhellenic Council since January 2024 and has previously held the position of Director of Recruiting within Alpha Gamma Delta, where responsibilities included collaborating with the Membership Growth Manager and attending Panhellenic recruitment meetings. Claire's experience also includes working as a Childcare Leader at HealthTrack Sports Wellness since October 2021, engaging with children ranging in age from 3 months to 13 years.
