Allison Malan

Allison Malan is a Group Fitness Instructor at Big Sky Gym since June 2022, also serving as a Spin Instructor at Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness since February 2019. At ESPN, Allison has held multiple leadership roles since June 2006, including Manager of Network Operations, Associate Director of Media Technologies, and Digital Content Manager, overseeing teams and ensuring high-quality videography during live sporting events. In these roles, Allison has demonstrated strong supervisory skills, managing diverse teams ranging from 16 to 100 individuals while focusing on staff development and performance assessments. Additionally, Allison holds a position as Manager of Network Operations at The Walt Disney Company since February 2017 and has an educational background from Farmingdale State College.
