Gary Welch

Gary Welch is currently the Chief Executive Officer at HealthTrust Europe LLP. Previous positions include Director of Procurement and Supply Chain at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Programme Director at The Shelford Group, and Managing Director at NHS London Procurement Programme. With a background in engineering and operations management, Gary has worked on procurement improvement projects for various NHS Trusts. Gary holds an MBA from Durham University and a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Teesside University.
