Wren Lanier

Wren Lanier currently serves as the Head of User Experience at HealthTrust Performance Group since November 2023, leading a team of seven designers across multiple platforms. Prior to this role, Wren was the Director of User Experience at RiskOptics, managing the front-end experience for the ROAR risk and compliance SaaS platform. Wren has also held significant positions at Apiture, including Vice President of Product Management and User Experience, where multiple innovation projects were developed for the Apiture Open digital banking platform. Earlier experience includes roles such as Product Design Manager at PrecisionHawk, Senior Product Designer at SignalPath and Windsor Circle, and various design leadership roles at Highrise HQ and Neo Innovation. Wren began a career in design at Capital One and INM United, showcasing a deep expertise in user experience, product design, and team leadership, complemented by a BA in English and Philosophy from Virginia Commonwealth University.
