Andrew Goldberg

Andrew Goldberg is the Co-Founder and COO at HealthVerity. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at Dialogic from November 2009 to December 2014. Andrew was responsible for completing an extensive M&A process in which Dialogic was acquired by Novacap TMT, a Canadian private equity firm. Andrew also coordinated all aspects of the sale process, including targeting bidders, running due diligence, managing third party banking, legal and accounting firms, negotiating with debt holders and advising the Board of Directors.

From March 2003 to August 2008, Andrew Goldberg served as the Vice President - Corporate Development/M&A at Avaya Inc. Andrew was responsible for partnering with CXO team and Divisional GM’s to establish long-term global strategies and organic/inorganic options. Andrew also led or participated in due diligence on twenty-one M&A projects in software, hardware and telecom services while originating the strategy for ten of the targets, primarily in the $5M - $150M range. In addition, they participated in the deal team for the $8.2 Billion sale of Avaya to SilverLake and TPG. Andrew is also the author of “Smart Sourcing”, a guide for deal sourcing, published in Corporate Dealmaker, November 2007.

Andrew Goldberg attended the University of Pennsylvania, where they earned a BA in Theirtory. Andrew then attended Harvard Business School, where they earned an MBA in General Management.
