Diana McDonald, MBA has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong focus on sales, marketing, and data analytics. Diana is currently serving as the Vice President (GM), Sales, US Emerging Biopharma at HealthVerity, a position they have held since January 2022. In this role, they are responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the emerging biopharma market.

Prior to joining HealthVerity, Diana held various leadership positions at IQVIA, a leading healthcare data analytics company. From 2016 to 2020, they served as the Director, Commercial Accounts (US) and was responsible for structuring and winning multimillion dollar deals through strategic relationships. Diana'srole involved overseeing a large Fortune 500 pharmaceutical account and leading patient analytics projects across different healthcare verticals. Diana consistently exceeded targets and achieved significant year-on-year growth.

Before joining IQVIA, Diana worked at IMS Health from 2012 to 2016, where they served as the Principal, Real World Evidence Solutions/Commercial Services. In this role, they led the growth of multimillion dollar national and global accounts into various therapeutic areas. Diana applied a design methodology approach to gather requirements and map solutions that connected patient journey data to service utilization rates. Diana also played a key role in creating and launching custom patient analytics solutions to meet evolving healthcare needs.

Prior to IMS Health, Diana worked at SDI from 2008 to 2011, starting as a Director of Data Analytics and Services. Diana managed a consulting team and worked on analytics-focused programs for large- and medium-sized client accounts. Diana also expanded their network and knowledge of advanced analytics in the healthcare industry.

From 2007 to 2008, Diana worked at Verispan as the Director of Sales & Marketing Applications. Diana managed client relationships and projects, focused on delivering custom healthcare analytics solutions. Diana also played a key role in developing new product offerings and enhancing existing ones.

Diana began their career at Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2001, where they held multiple roles. As a Project Manager for Sales Automation, they led the design and delivery of business intelligence and CRM systems for field sales teams. Diana also managed external vendor and healthcare channel partner relationships. Diana later transitioned to the role of Manager, Marketing Services, where they focused on developing direct-to-consumer marketing solutions.

Diana has a strong educational background, holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Diana also has experience working at consulting firms, including CSC Consulting and Securities Data Company. Throughout their career, Diana has consistently delivered results, built strong client relationships, and demonstrated leadership in the healthcare industry.

Diana McDonald, MBA, obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Finance and Organizational Behavior from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. Diana later pursued additional education in Business Administration, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing.
