Tom Lebo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tom began their career as an Actuarial Intern at ACE Group in 2010 and then interned at Prudential Financial in 2011. Tom then joined Prudential Financial as a Sr. Actuarial Associate in their Actuarial Leadership Development Program, where they demonstrated strong technical expertise and leadership skills. Tom later moved on to become an Associate Actuary, where they managed the software development lifecycle and streamlined reporting processes.

In 2015, Tom took on the role of Operations Coordinator at Global Brigades, Inc., where they coordinated logistics and facilitated connections between volunteers and staff members. Tom then joined Prudential Financial as a Chief of Staff, where they developed and executed strategic initiatives for the Annuities Chief Actuary and senior leadership team.

Tom's next role was at Catalytic as a Business Analyst & Implementation Manager, where they managed the implementation lifecycle of the Catalytic software platform and provided consulting services to improve business processes. Tom then worked at TalentWave as a Business Analyst & Solution Consultant, designing and building automated business processes to enhance efficiency among different departments.

Currently, Tom is at HealthVerity as a Data Acquisition Engineer, where they manage a team and serves as the agile Product Owner. Tom is responsible for supervising and participating in various data acquisition activities using SQL and Python, and they also handle relationships with external data providers and internal partners.

Throughout their career, Tom has demonstrated strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, delivering successful outcomes for their employers and clients.

Tom Lebo earned a Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, they also studied Spanish Language, History, and Literature at the Universidad de Sevilla. Additionally, they obtained a Digital Badge in R Programming from Harper College in March 2021.
