Giovanni Loria

With over 25 years international experience in Finance & Operations Giovanni has held global executive roles for two decades in leading and fast paced F500 Technology corporations, before embracing a new professional chapter as strategic advisor and CFO/COO for early stage and VC backed digital start-ups.

Giovanni's career in Technology started in Zurich with Unisys before he moved to London in 1998 to embrace a successful tenure with Cisco Systems where he grew to be one of the company executives architecting the development of the company Global Finance oraganization and helping to grow the business across Europe and the Emerging Markets.

In 2005 Giovanni joined Dell Computers in London where he managed Finance for the European and Emerging Markets operations. In 2010 Giovanni moved to Telecommunication leader Alcatel-Lucent based in Paris where he held EMEA CFO & Global Transformation roles supporting the company turnaround while helping transform the global finance organization to achieve world class standards.

From 2014 until 2017 he served as Global Divisional CFO/COO for Technology Services & Software provider Computer Science Corporation where he was instrumental in helping the company turnaround and inorganic growth strategy based between Washington DC and London.

In 2017 Giovanni settled back in London and co-founded Novamus, a VC and Private Equity advisory practice through which he developed a number of engagements and investments in Fintech and Foodtech start-ups both in Europe and the US.

An Italian/British citizen Giovanni earned a degree in Economics from University of Salerno in Italy before starting a long journey around the world to pursue his international career. He now lives with his family between London and Italy from where he manages Finance, HR and Business Operations for Healthware.
