Engagement Team

The Engagement Team at Healthwatch Derbyshire actively gathers and collates public feedback on local health and social care services. Comprising an Engagement and Involvement Manager, multiple Engagement Officers, and a Discharge Improvement Engagement Lead, the team ensures community voices are heard by decision makers to enhance care standards. They also facilitate access to trustworthy information and advice for service users.
