Samuel Sappor

Mr. Samuel Sappor joined the Foundation in November 2020 as the Data Analytics Manager, prior to assuming his role as Associate Director, Data Analytics.

As the Associate Director, Data Analytics, Mr. Sappor plays an integral role in the overall data and analytics strategy, including planning for new and updated reporting and data projects, ensuring alignment among key stakeholders, continually improving reporting and data analytic processes including developing dashboards and reports. Mr. Sappor interprets and analyzes data at both the contact center and corporate offices to identify areas of process improvement, data clean up, forecasting needs, and new business initiatives. He is responsible for the extraction of data for annual reporting, donor, financial and program audits, and ad hoc requests for our corporate and contact center. In addition, he works closely with the contact center, collaborating with key stakeholder to forecast call, payment, and process volumes and calculates the full time equivalent (FTE) of agents required to perform the different tasks.

Bringing over 12 years’ experience in contact center management and customer service to the Foundation’s corporate office he previously served as Reports Lead and Team Lead for HealthWell’s contact center where he was responsible for day-to-day reports pertaining to call volume patterns, staff efficiency and productivity.

Mr. Sappor earned his bachelor’s degree in Physics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), and also received certification in Data Analytics from General Assembly, Washington DC in 2021.
