Derek Snyder

Derek Snyder is an experienced software engineer with a strong focus on frontend development, currently serving as Software Engineer III at Healthwise since March 2019. In this role, Derek has been instrumental in the development of a new Clinical application using React and has showcased project management skills through participation in the Lumos EMR rewrite. Prior to Healthwise, Derek served as a Software Developer at Container and Packaging, leading projects involving internal ReactJS tools. Earlier professional experience includes an internship at HP, where Derek implemented a web-based UI for code distribution using ASP.NET and C#. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Idaho and has further education in Computer Science from Boise State University.
