Sujitesh Das

Sujitesh Das has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2001. Sujitesh began their career at HCL Technologies as an Assistant Manager Human Resources. Sujitesh then moved to Cognizant in 2004 as a Senior Manager Human Resources. In 2011, they joined Microland Limited as a Senior Director - HR, then as an Associate Vice President - Business HR, and finally as a Vice President - Strategic HR. In 2020, they became the Chief Operating Officer at HealthWorksAI and an On-Demand Faculty of Practice at Alliance University. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Managing Director & Co-Aider at aidKRIYA and the Creator at badgefree.

Sujitesh Das completed their MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2001, specializing in Human Resources. Prior to that, they obtained their BE in Computer Science from Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology in 1999.
