Shikha Pardasani

Shikha Pardasani currently serves as the AVP of Distribution at Healthx since February 2024. Previously, Shikha held the position of Wellbeing Lead at wellx.ai from November 2022 to June 2024, and Partnerships Manager at VIWELL for a brief period in early 2022. Shikha's experience includes working as a Wellness Program Facilitator at ENHAPP, Wellness Space Manager at Kintsugi in Dubai, and HR Business Partner and Performance Analyst at HCL Technologies. Early in Shikha's career, an internship was completed at MakeMyTrip.com. Shikha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Fergusson College and an MBA in Human Resources from BIMM, along with a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification from a Yoga Teacher Training School in Rishikesh.
