Carol Cline is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in talent success, operations management, and motivational speaking. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Success and Director of Hiring, Training, and Process at HealthXL® since January 2019, Carol focuses on empowering clinicians for Chronic Care Management. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Operating Officer at Scotland Campus, overseeing comprehensive student development, and as Director of Clinical Contact Center Business Operations at Aurora Health Care, where Carol managed a 24/7 contact center. Carol's earlier positions include managerial roles at Memorial Hospital of South Bend and Milwaukee County War Memorial Center, along with a decade-long tenure in alumni relations at Carroll College. Carol holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Bethel College.
